Great softball training bat. It’s improved my daughter’s swing, making her swing faster and stronger. I would advise to tie up your hair when using this bat, my daughter hair has gotten caught in between the bands when she swings the bat. Other then that I would have rated this bat 5stars.

Our 15U softball team started using the ProVelocity Bat in the cages during the last two weeks of this season and it was well received. Usually the first couple of swings were shocking to them and swing mechanic flaws were immediately exposed. It was more effective to have them make adjustments through feel rather than just words.

The girls loved the challenge of progressing through the resistance bands, and they could feel the difference after hitting with the ProVelocity. Their regular bats felt lighter and their contact was noticeably stronger during live hitting. It’s a smart and fun way to build strength and bat speed for rec players who typically aren’t doing a lot of weight training outside of practice. A great tool for development and confidence!

Perfect training addition for my 14U softball player. She's a 2031 and is able to utilize it quite well and has even posted a video of herself using it in training @Edenbrown2031. She has been a pretty solid power hitter, but now her follow through after contact is ridiculous. She said training with the Provelocity Extreme makes her 33/24 bat feel like it's feather weight.
