ProVelocity Bat — Policy & Warranty

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If unsatisfied for any reason, return the ProVelocity Bat within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact sales@ExtraBaseSports.com to request a Return Authorization number.
  2. Ship the bat in its original box with the Return Authorization number written on the outside. The return address will be provided when your RA number is issued.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bats must be shipped within 15 days of receipt.
  4. A credit to the original payment method will be issued upon receipt of the bat with a valid Return Authorization number.

Limit: 1 return per customer.

90-Day Limited Warranty

The ProVelocity Bat is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. Defective bats must be returned freight prepaid to Extra Base Sports, where they will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion.

Warranty Return Instructions

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization number from Extra Base Sports before shipping. A repair address will be provided — do not ship to the corporate address.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs. COD deliveries cannot be accepted.
  3. If the bat is found to be defective, Extra Base Sports will cover the cost to ship the repaired or replaced bat back to you.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
