Newer Design Is Easier to Use

The replacement bands are a great optimization from its original version - it's longer, so easier to put to use. Just wished I didn't have to pay for replacements when the one I bought is less than 6 months old and were defective. To customer services credit, I was provided 3 additional bands but had to purchase 2 that I had to replace.

It took forever!! Also the item was confusing

It says replacement bands therefore I thought I was going to get a set of 8. Instead 1 came. Also, it took more than a month to arrive. Now I have to order 7 more and wait another month. Ridiculous

4/5 bands were delivered and one broke already

I ordered 5 bands and only 4 came. I installed 4 and one of the new bands end already came loose and busted.

Great idea but 4 weeks of using the bat the ball popped out of one of the bands. The ends should be sealed so this can’t happen and it took 2 weeks to be delivered.
