Without having to have a coach tell me if that was “a good swing” or not on every single rep I take🤔 Coaches can be helpful... but ultimately the player is the one that takes final ownership of his own swing, game production, training philosophy, work ethic, success, or lack of success. What I need to feel personally as a hitter in PRACTICE... that gives me the confidence to perform during competition is so key; however, I don’t ever judge other people’s feels... because I don’t understand how their brain works as an individual🤷🏽‍♂️ UNLESS they take the time to explain it to me very clearly🗣🔥. “Coach this is how I personally process and RETAIN the most information. I have A.D.D. so I tend to get distracted easily and kinda need for you to work a little slower and more in detail with me if possible...” and quite often I’ve found that it’s a lot different than the way I learned and retained, which is why it’s so important that I BUILD A VALID RELATIONSHIP WITH MY ATHLETE FIRST... BEFORE TRYING TO DELIBERATELY CHANGE HIS MECHANICS BECAUSE I DON’T LIKE THE WAY IT “LOOKS”😬 Great concept here by @provelocitybat appreciate you guys lettin me hit some crispy quarantine seeds during Corona Season😷🏊🏽‍♂️💦⚾️😅🙋🏽‍♂️ #baseball #hit #corona #seeds #training #cool #concept #littleleague #college #mlb #compete #havefun #respect #thegame #staypositive #bruh #bat #speed #wavy #practice #tool #workhard #focus #shine
